information graphics - What kind of illustration and how I can achieve this "effect"?

I've seen this kind of illustrations around the web, mostly on dribble, and I love them but the problem here is that I don't know how to achieve this effect, I tried with photoshop and illustrator but I can't figure it out.

The only clue is its possible name, line art.
