How to draw an arrow in inkscape

I would like to add an arrow to an Inkscape project. I read this question but it didn't tell how to actually make the arrow:

1. Draw a line (Shift+F6)


2. Open Fill and Stroke dialog (Shift+Ctrl+F)


3. Select Stroke Style tab


4. Choose an arrow for the Start Marker or End Marker
