inkscape - How fill a text colormap as invert of its background

As the title says I want to fill a text with an inverse of its background colormap in Inkscape. I know how to do this in Gimp:

  1. Right click on the text layer and select Text to Path:

  1. Go to the path tab and select the path which was just created:

  1. Make sure the main layer your want to use as back ground is selected, the text layer is hidden, and then use the path as selection tool by going to menu > select > From Path or shift+v

  2. now you can go to menu > Colors > Invert:

I would appreciate if you could help me know how I can do this in Inkscape?
